Dia Oro Jewellers take pride in offering pieces from the finest materials and craftsmanship under strict quality assurance.
Under this Guarantee, if your item
- does not match the description of your order; or
- is not fit for its purpose; or
- is faulty where our conditions of care are met;
we will gladly repair or replace your item, at our reasonable discretion, on presentation of your item and proof of purchase within 12 months of purchase.
Australian Consumer Law.
Dia Oro goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. In addition to the rights conferred by the Australian Consumer Law, the following express warranties, guarantees and policies apply.
12 Month Guarantee.
All Dia Oro jewellery comes with an exclusive 12 month guarantee on quality and workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality or workmanship of any item we will refund, exchange or repair your purchase at our discretion. Damage resulting from the unfair treatment of jewellery is not covered by this guarantee.
The 12 month guarantee applies to the quality and workmanship of your Dia Oro product. The following items are not covered:
-Incidental or consequential damage
– Loss or theft of product
-Damage resulting from loss, theft, accident, abuse, misuse, introduction of foreign objects into the product, tempering of prongs, or other elements designed to secure diamonds or gemstones, unauthorised modifications or alterations, Act of God or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
-Loss of diamonds, gemstones, or any other part of the product unless such loss was caused by a defect in workmanship and/or materials, without any undue stress or damage.
30 Day change of Mind
Dia Oro offers a 30 day period in which customers can return items for a refund or exchange as long as goods are in an as new condition. The goods must not have been worn and must be accompanied by proof of purchase and all the original packaging.
Definition of “As New Condition”
The item must not have been worn; the item must be in pristine condition with no damage, scratches, or signs of wear. Determination of an item matching the definition of “As New Condition” is at the sole discretion of Dia Oro. This excludes goods ordered specifically for the customer.
